Quilt Show/Doll Exhibit

Tomorrow is set up for Seaside Piecemakers big Timeless Treasures Quilt Show. My car
is full of quilts and still need to pack two boxes of dolls. I have worked on my last two dolls and guess they are as ready as possible.

Just About Done

Anyone else have a bad habit of messing with their art pieces after they are done. My local Quilt Guild has a big Quilt Show coming up in two weeks. I am in charge of Wearables and now completing faces on oval wood forms. I have an art quilt, which also has some changes being made ~now back and binding to complete by next
Thursday.
Included are pictures of my mermaid which will go to the silent auction.

OH, I am finishing another doll or two for our Free Spirit Art Club, doll exhibit.

Latest Doll~WIP

I am working on a doll, which I have been unhappy with the pattern. I made one head and it in thrown into a box, but happier with this head. Needs a little correction in chin area. Arms are just tacked on as I may re-do. Hair is not finished and I plan on adding embellishment on forehead. I get a better view of what to change when I look at my creation on the computer.

Letter Love 101

I am taking a wonderful on-line class with Joanne Sharpe called Letter Love 101. It is
every day for the entire month of February. Tomorrow I hope to post something. So far
my work is just repeat letters in different ways and I hope to move on to something more interesting. I hope to create wonderful letter additions and have a collection of pens to help that concept.

Just have been talking to Jean Bernard and Sherry Goshon. They are going to do a workshop in my "Barn" next February. How exciting! No flying with three plus dolls in bag on my lap!

Valentine Exchange

I belong to a on-line doll group. Sometimes we do a exchange, and I joined in this one as,it's nice to see or receive a handmade gift. This is my elf that I made for
